Everton have allegedly been tracking the Chelsea man all month long.

Michy Batshuayi of Chelsea looks on during The Emirates FA Cup Fourth Round match between Chelsea and Newcastle on January 28, 2018 in London, United Kingdom.

According to a report from Sky Sports (live transfer deadline day blog, 16:36), Everton have no intention of signing Michy Batshuayi from Chelsea, and will not be making any bids.

The Toffees have been persistently linked with a move for the 25-year-old all month long, but the fact that they already have Kurt Zouma on loan from Chelsea has obviously made the potential of bringing the Belgian to Merseyside extremely complicated.

Sky Sports claimed earlier today that the west London outfit value Batshuayi at around £30 million, and that would represent a lot of money for someone who has struggled so badly in the Premier League.

The latest report from Sky Sports (live transfer deadline day blog, 16:36) suggests that Everton have ruled out a move for the former Marseille man, however.

Everton spent heavily during the summer transfer window, but it seems as though this deadline day might be fairly quiet one at Goodison Park.

Michy Batshuayi of Chelsea arrives during the Premier League match between Crystal Palace and Chelsea at Selhurst Park on October 14, 2017 in London, England.
