West Ham United lead several clubs, including Everton, in the race to sign the teenage Crystal Palace attacking midfielder, Brandon Aveiro, according to Teamtalk.
The website states that Aveiro still has a year remaining on his Crystal Palace contract, but adds that the Eagles have already informed him he can leave Selhurst Park and will not stand in the way of a move.
Everton and Sporting are both said to have held talks, but the Portuguese is reportedly training with West Ham ahead of a potential deal.
The interest from rival clubs remains, according to Teamtalk.
And it is claimed that Crystal Palace will require some sort of sell-on as part of any deal.
Aveiro, who can play as either a number 10 or winger, has yet to appear for Palace at first-team level.
And he is likely to enter the West Ham or Everton development squad, should he move to either club.

Both West Ham and Everton have long-boasted category one academies – the highest-ranking, nationally – a status finally achieved by Crystal Palace ahead of the new campaign.
