Frank Lampard’s Everton are interested in signing Billy Gilmour from Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea in the summer transfer window, according to The Times.
The Times have reported that former Rangers midfielder Gilmour is among the players Everton are interested in signing this summer.
The Toffees have reportedly discussed the possibility of securing the services of the 21-year-old Scotland international midfielder on a loan deal.
Could Everton sign Billy Gilmour from Chelsea?
In our view, Everton could be able to sign Billy Gilmour on loan from Premier League rivals Chelsea in the summer transfer window.

The 21-year-old spent last season on loan at Norwich City, and Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel may feel that the youngster is not at the level yet to play for the Blues on a regular basis.
Lampard is one of the greatest midfielders of all time and is a Chelsea legend.
The former England international could be able to convince Chelsea to send Gilmour – described as “fantastic” by Manchester United legend Roy Keane on Sky Sports in March 2020 – to Everton on loan for next season.
Gilmour made 21 starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for Norwich last season.
The youngest gave one assist in those matches.
