It’s in Andalusia where Emery has enjoyed the most success, as despite losing top players every summer, he has achieved a historic feat; winning the Europa League three years in a row.
The Spaniard is one of the most highly-regarded managers in Europe right now, and with a 52.45% win rate, he’s attracting major interest.

Marca report that Everton are keen to land Emery as their new manager this summer having parted ways with Roberto Martinez earlier this month, and their chances may have been handed a major boost.
Marca, citing claims from Seville-based radio station Canal Sur, report that Emery has a clause in his contract where, on June 1st, his buyout clause drops from €8m (£6m) to just €2m (£1.5m).

Landing a three-time Europa League winner for just £1.5m would be the steal of the century for Everton, and the delay in them appointing a manager may well be down to the fact that they can land Emery for a quarter of the price once the clock strikes midnight tonight.
