Everton forward Ademola Lookman is reportedly close to being sold to the Bundesliga side as talks continue.

According to a report from The Telegraph, Everton continue to hold talks with RB Leipzig over a potential move for Ademola Lookman, with the forward likely to be sold this summer.
Lookman has been linked with the Bundesliga side for some time since he returned from a promising loan spell in Germany during the second-half of the 2017/18 campaign.
And despite showing plenty of promise when used in a fairly peripheral role last season, it appears that Marco Silva is ready to cash in on the former Charlton Athletic starlet, with The Telegraph reporting that he is likely to be sold as talks continue with RB Leipzig.
The report does note however, that the suggestion that a £22.5 million deal has been agreed is premature, according to sources at Goodison Park. But a deal is reportedly close.

It appears to be a gamble to let Lookman go, and it may be a decision that divides a large portion of the supporters. He is clearly an incredibly exciting talent and has so much potential. But plenty of fans seem to be reluctantly accepting of the fact that it may be time to move the youngster on.
Marcel Brands has arguably got little wrong in the transfer market since arriving on Merseyside, and it appears that most of the supporters are willing to trust his judgement if Lookman is ultimately sold this summer.
