Everton boss Marco Silva is said to be a fan of midfielder Joe Williams.

According to the Liverpool Echo, Everton are fielding interest in midfielder Joe Williams.
Marco Silva is said to still rate Williams, but there is a realisation that a move away from Everton could benefit his career.
Bundesliga and English sides have both made offers for Williams, with Everton now considering whether to sell the youngster or not.
Williams has under a year left on his deal at Goodison Park, and appears to have little chance of breaking into their first-team in the coming year.
The 22-year-old has spent the last two seasons out on loan, at Barnsley and Bolton Wanderers respectively, and Everton could now opt to offload him.
Williams needs to seriously consider his options, as he is reaching an age where a move away from Everton may be ideal.

The temptation to continue to try and force his way in at Everton is obvious, as they are a club with such vast potential.
But it may be that Williams has to take a step back for the good of his career, as it seems his first-team chances would be greatly improved if he moved elsewhere.
