The Blues are reportedly interested in the Norwich City duo alongside several other Premier League teams.

According to the Mirror, Everton are eyeing a double swoop on Norwich City for brothers Jacob and Josh Murphy.
The duo have been in impressive form for the Canaries so far in the Championship, helping them to second in the table after eight games.
Jacob Murphy is current the club’s top scorer with four goals in all competitions, while his brother has managed two goals so far, the latest a super strike in the 2-0 win over the Toffees in the EFL Cup on Tuesday.
Their performances have not gone unnoticed and the Mirror reports that Everton are keen on their signatures.

They are not the only Premier League clubs with an interest though with the newspaper claiming Crystal Palace, Swansea City and West Bromwich Albion have all sent scouts to Carrow Road to watch the duo.
According to the report, all of the clubs are looking to make a move in the January transfer window.
