AC Milan are ready to sell French forward M’Baye Niang. Everton leading the race.

Everton are hoping to secure the signature of AC Milan forward M’Baye Niang this summer.
According to reports from Italian news outlet, Calciomercato, Everton representatives have travelled to Milan to hold talks over the possible signing of Niang.
The 22-year-old French striker spent the second half of the 2016/17 campaign on loan to Watford, where he failed to make a strong impression.

Niang joined Milan in 2012, and has made 77 appearances for the club in all competitions, managing loan spells at Montpellier and Genoa in between.
Milan are going through a massive rebuilding phase with the cub looking to bring in top talents to the squad. Niang is not a part of Vincenzo Montella’s plans, and the Rossoneri are looking to cash in on him.

The report suggests that AC Milan are looking for a fee in the region of €18 million (£15.82 million) for the French striker, but they would happily agree to a deal around €15 million (£13.18 million) with the Toffees because of the good terms shared by the two clubs.
Calciomercato adds that AC Milan’s Director of Football, Massimo Mirabelli and coach Montella will meet with Everton’s representatives shortly to discuss Niang’s potential transfer move.
