Everton are again being linked with a move for M’Baye Niang.

According to SportItalia’s Alfredo Pedulla, Everton could re-open talks to sign AC Milan forward M’Baye Niang before the end of the week.
As reported by Sky Sports earlier today, the Toffees are pressing ahead with deals to sign Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, Ajax midfielder Davy Klaassen and Malaga forward Sandro as Ronald Koeman looks to boost his squad.

With Ross Barkley and Romelu Lukaku widely expected to leave the club this summer, Koeman may yet want another attacking option even if Sandro does arrive.
SportItalia’s Alfredo Pedulla reports that AC Milan are looking to raise funds after signing Andre Silva by selling M’Baye Niang, and it’s stated that negotiations with Everton could be re-opened with Everton this week.
M’Baye Niang in action for Watford
Niang, 22, was once billed as one of Europe’s top young talents during his time with Caen, even undergoing a trial spell with Everton back in 2012, but he has largedly failed to live up to expectations at the San Siro.
The Frenchman has hit 12 goals in 77 games for Milan, whilst also going out on loan to Montpellier, Genoa and most recently Watford, where he notched two goals and two assists.

A Premier League return could now be on the cards for Niang, with Everton again being linked following initial speculation surrounding a move for the attacker last month after he chose not to join Watford permanently.
Whilst Everton do have Ademola Lookman, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Kevin Mirallas alongside imminent signing Sandro, Niang would offer a pacey, versatile option across the front line, and his performances in the Premier League suggest he could be a smart target for Everton at the right price.
