According to Goteborgs-Posten, Everton are set to sign BK Hacken teenager Imam Jagne on a three-year contract.
It’s claimed that the deal isn’t done just yet, but ‘only details remain’ before the youngster can make his move to Goodison Park.
Clubs have allegedly been tracking Jagne since he played in the Gothia Cup last year, and Manchester United were particularly interested.
It’s Everton who have made their move though, and now expect to win the race for his signature in something of a coup.
Jagne, 16, made his senior debut at the end of 2019 and then signed a three-year professional deal with Hacken to mark his progress.

Everton will now give him a deal until 2023, seemingly viewing him as a real prospect for the future having showed major potential in Sweden.
Primarily a holding midfield player, Jagne will now hope to end up in the Everton first team just like fellow Swedes Niclas Alexandersso, Tobias Linderoth and Anders Limpar did in the past.
