Everton are reportedly set to sign Watford’s Richarlison.

According to the Daily Mail, Everton are set to sign Watford attacker Richarlison in a £50million deal as they chase their first signing of the summer.
The Toffees have been quiet in the transfer market so far, as new manager Marco Silva and new director of football Marcel Brands have been biding their time.
Silva has needed new signings to boost his Everton side, with a left winger particularly wanted to play opposite Theo Walcott and allow Gylfi Sigurdsson to play as a number 10.
Now, the Daily Mail report that Everton are set to complete their first signing of the summer, with a club-record £50million deal for Watford ace Richarlison believed to be close.
Richarlison, 21, joined Watford from Fluminense last summer and played a starring role under Silva, before his form tailed off dramatically following Silva’s sacking in January.
Silva is a huge fan of the Brazilian, but frayed relations between Everton and Watford seemed set to stand in the Toffees’ way of securing the wide man’s signature this summer.

However, it’s thought that a £50million deal – eclipsing Everton’s £45million move for Sigurdsson last summer – is now set to be sealed, as is a truce between the clubs as part of the move, given that Watford’s complaint to the Premier League about Everton’s approach for Silva remains on the table.
Having paid just £11.5million for him last summer, Everton are now set to hand Watford a huge profit on Richarlison, and reunite Silva with an exciting attacker at Goodison Park.
