Everton are reportedly keen on Real Betis star Giovani Lo Celso.

According to The Sun, Everton are set to challenge Tottenham Hotspur for the signature of Real Betis midfielder Giovani Lo Celso this summer.
The Toffees purposefully backed away from the January transfer window in order to focus on the summer, when Marcel Brands appears to do most of his business.
After a successful window last summer, Brands will be hoping for another busy window this time, and more South Americans may be targeted after landing Yerry Mina, Bernard and Richarlison last summer.
This time, it’s an Argentinian being linked, as The Sun claim that Everton are now keen on bringing Betis playmaker Lo Celso to Goodison Park.
Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Lo Celso for some time, but now Everton are looking to swoop in and beat Mauricio Pochettino to his compatriot’s signature.
Lo Celso, 23, emerged in Argentina with Rosario Central, and joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2016, but struggled to make the grade with the French giants before heading off to Betis on loan last summer.

After 16 goals and five assists this season, Lo Celso is back on track, and Betis have activated a £21.5million purchase clause in his loan, but now intend to sell him for at least double that amount.
Skilful and creative, Lo Celso has added goals to his game this season, and with huge potential to get even better, he would be an outstanding signing for any Premier League team.
The presence of Pochettino may just help Spurs in the race, especially as they have European football next season too, but Everton at least appear to be trying to beat them to a major midfield addition this summer.
