According to Calciomercato, Everton have asked about the possibility of signing Torino goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu but face competition from Napoli.
The Italy international’s contract in Turin expires in 2022.
But it seems that Sirigu has recently fallen out with the Torino hierarchy, and a move away from the club could be on the cards this summer.

The latest reports from Italy claim Everton have asked about taking him on.
Carlo Ancelotti will know about the player following his spell at French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
Sirigu spent six years at Paris Saint-Germain, but moved back to his native Italy in 2017 and has featured in over 100 Serie A games for Torino in the past three seasons.
At 33, he is experienced and labelled one of Italy’s best goalkeepers of his generation.
Everton have Jordan Pickford as their regular number one. However, the England international has come under fire following several errors this season.
The former Sunderland man has been told to improve by Ancelotti (Guardian), while pundit Ian Wright suggested Pickford had an attitude problem earlier this year (BBC).
Pickford may be struggling with complacency as number one at Everton. Sirigu, however, could change that and provide much-needed competition at Goodison Park.
Calciomercato add that the 6ft 4inch shot-stopper is also attracting interest from two more Premier League clubs with the Toffees making the first moves.
