Almeida is said to be interesting Everton, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Leicester City, Southampton and Brighton and Hove Albion.

Everton and Wolverhampton Wanderers are leading Leicester City, Southampton and Brighton and Hove Albion in the chase for Andre Almeida’s signature, according to The Sun.
Right-back Almeida has been a key member of Benfica’s title-winning side this season, scoring or making 14 goals.
But it is claimed the 28-year-old wants to test himself in the Premier League and could be ‘snapped up for a bargain £10 million’ this summer.
Such a figure is likely to fall within many top-flight clubs’ budgets, although it is suggested that the presence of Portuguese managers Marco Silva and Nuno Espirito Santo, at Everton and Wolves, respectively, gives those two sides the edge on rival suitors, Leicester, Southampton, Brighton.

It is also noted, via ‘sources close to the player’, that Almeida sees himself playing for a ‘top-half Premier League club’, which is another potential blow to the Saints and Seagulls’ chances.
His fellow right-backs, Seamus Coleman and Matt Doherty, played regularly for Everton and Wolves, respectively, this past season.

But given Coleman’s advancing years and Wolves’ need for reinforcements ahead of next season’s Europa League campaign, it would come as little surprise were either club to move for Almeida.
Would Almeida be a good addition for Everton or Wolves?
