Everton and West Ham United are both said to want to snap up Arsenal’s Jack Wilshere.

Wilshere’s contract at the Emirates Stadium expires at the end of the campaign, and the midfielder has accepted that he will not be given the terms he wants by the Gunners.
The England international knows that he could land a pay rise and a significant signing on fee by letting his contract run down, and Wilshere is now reportedly planning on leaving.

That gives hope to both West Ham and Everton that a deal to sign the 26-year-old could happen this summer.
Wilshere has had his problems with injury, but he has been fit for the bulk of this term, and has impressed in Arsenal’s line-up.

If Wilshere does leave Arsenal, he will end a 17-year stay with the London club, after coming through their youth academy.
As things stand the Daily Star claim that Everton are leading the way for Wilshere’s signature.
