Everton and West Ham United are said to be the latest Premier League clubs to join the race to sign Brentford forward Jota.
According to West London Sport the two clubs – along with Newcastle United, who have shown interest for some time -are considering a bid for the 25-year-old; who is valued at £8m by his current side.
In the past Get West London have reported that other top flight sides from England in Burnley and Swansea City are also interested in the Spaniard, who has been in fine form for the Bees over the past six months.
Jota joined the Greater London club from Celta Vigo in the summer of 2014, but initially struggled to settle in England and joined Eibar on an 18-month loan deal in January 2016.

However, the attacker was recalled from La Liga six months early and scored 12 goals in 21 Championship appearances after coming back to Griffin Park.
It is this form that has attracted interest from the top tier, especially as Jota does not generally operate as a striker and has mostly played on the right wing for Dean Smith’s men.
