Everton, West Bromwich Albion and West Ham United are all thought to be keen on Gillingham’s Tomas Holy.

According to The Mirror, Everton and West Ham United are two of the clubs to have registered their interest in signing Gillingham goalkeeper Tomas Holy this summer.

Holy, 26, started out with Sparta Prague in his native Czech Republic, but failed to make the grade as he was farmed out to a host of Czech sides before being allowed to leave for good in January 2017.

The goalkeeper found a home with Gillingham, and he racked up 49 appearances for the Gills last season as he emerged as one of the top goalkeepers in League One.

Now, The Mirror report that a host of Premier League clubs – Arsenal, Crystal Palace, Everton and West Ham United – have all made moves for Holy by registering their interest in recent weeks.

It’s added that Middlesbrough and West Bromwich Albion are also keen, with the two Championship clubs seemingly seeing talent in Holy, who is something of a late bloomer it would seem.

Gillingham keeper Tomas Holy makes a save during the Sky Bet League One match between Blackburn Rovers and Gillingham at Ewood Park on September 30, 2017 in Blackburn, England.

One of the key attributes Holy brings is remarkable physicality, as he stands at 6ft 9in tall, enabling him to completely dominant his penalty area and claim crosses with ease.

That should be hugely appealing, and whilst Holy had a humble start to his career, he may well earn a shock Premier League move in the near future, with Everton and West Ham seemingly considering their goalkeeping options.
