Everton and Tottenham are keen on Sporting Lisbon midfielder Adrien Silva
Portuguese newspaper O Jogo report Adrien Silva is keen on a move to the Premier League.
Silva is the subject of strong interest from Tottenham, who are set to meet Sporting officials this week to hold talks over a transfer.
Spurs are said to be willing to match Silva’s £26 million asking price, but want to do so via incentives rather than an up front fee.

Everton have also been in contact with Sporting to enquire as to their demands for a transfer for the midfielder.
The Sporting Lisbon captain recently featured at the Confederations Cup with Portugal and has a big year ahead as he gears up for the World Cup.

It is also claimed that Sporting have identified Silva’s replacement already, signing Bruno Fernandes from Sampdoria at the end of last month.
O Jogo’s report states Fernandes was bought specifically as they fear losing their club captain this summer, with a fee of just £7 million paid to snap him up.
