The Leeds United youngster is yet to make a senior appearance for the club.

According to Irish website The 42, Leeds United attacker Eoghan Stokes is uncertain over his future as League of Ireland club Cork City lurk.
The 21-year-old forward has been offered a one-year contract extension to stay at Elland Road beyond this summer.

However, Stokes, who joined Leeds at the age of 16, is yet to make a senior appearance for the Yorkshire outfit and the youngster is in two minds whether to commit another year of his career to the club, according to The 42.
The report goes on to claim that Cork are interested in bringing him to the South of Ireland as a replacement for Preston-bound Sean Maguire, who will join the Championship club at the end of July.
Stokes, who signed a one-year extension last June, would not have been offered another new deal at Leeds unless he had something, but he is at an age where he needs to play regular football at senior level.

He was the club’s joint-top goalscorer at Under-21 level during the 2015-16 campaign but it remains to be seen if he can be prolific in the Championship.
His former academy team-mates Ronaldo Vieira and Kalvin Phillips were huge success stories in the first team last season, and if Stokes does not believe he can have a similar impact then he must leave in search of first-team football.
