According to Football.London, if David Luiz stays at Arsenal next season, then he will have to accept that his playing time will be reduced.
The report has claimed that Arsenal have yet to open talks with Luiz over a new deal, with the Brazilian central defender out of contract at the end of the season.
It has been reported that the former Chelsea star – who joined the Gunners in the summer of 2019 when Unai Emery was in charge of the North London club – would have to accept that his ‘game time would be limited’.
David Luiz at Arsenal for another season?
Luiz has done well for Arsenal and is a leader at the back, with his experience vital for the team when he plays.
The former Chelsea star is still going strong despite being 33 years of age, and there are quite a few years left in him at the highest level.

It is hard to see Luiz agree to stay at Arsenal next season if he does not stand a chance of playing regularly.
According to WhoScored, the Brazilian has made 12 starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League this season, and made 32 starts and one substitute appearance in the league in 2019-20.
