Newcastle United are struggling in the Premier League at the moment.

According to The Daily Mail, a second Middle East investor wants to buy Newcastle United. It has been reported that the Dubai-based group has been monitoring the situation at Newcastle in recent weeks.
It has been reported that this group can meet Newcastle owner Mike Ashley’s £350 million valuation of the club, although any approach for the Magpies until their Premier League status is guaranteed is claimed to be unlikely.

The Daily Mail has reported that Amanda Staveley and her Middle East investment fund PCP Capital have yet to reach an agreement with Ashley, having increased the offer to £300m, and that talks will continue.
The Newcastle takeover saga has been going on for a while, but it seems that there is now a new twist.

For the St. James’ Park faithful, though, this is a crucial period, as the club need to sign players in the January transfer window.
Rafael Benitez’s side are struggling for survival in the Premier League at the moment and are in real danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
