Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers could reportedly still sign Dominic Solanke this summer.

According to The Scottish Sun, Dominic Solanke joining Rangers is “still a possibility” this summer.
The Liverpool striker was linked with a move to Rangers for much of June, with The Scottish Sun claiming then that the 20-year-old was keen to link up with Steven Gerrard at Ibrox.
But the trail went relatively cold and Gerrard snapped up Umar Sadiq on a season-long loan from Roma last week, decreasing the need for Solanke.
However, The Scottish Sun has now reported that Rangers could still sign the big centre-forward, who earns £25,000 per week at Anfield according to Total Sportek.
The report adds that it would be a loan deal for Solanke, if any agreement were to be made.
Solanke had a poor first season on Merseyside, after joining from Chelsea last summer.
The England Under-20 star made 26 competitive appearances for the Reds last term, but scored only one goal – the third in a 4-0 thumping of Brighton on the penultimate game of the season.
It remains to be seen whether Rangers recruit another striker, but Solanke, who stands at 6’2, would be coming in as a target man and Sadiq, at 6’3, already covers that need, so time will tell.
