Everton’s Marco Silva takes on former club Watford tonight.

Everton boss Marco Silva faces former club Watford for the first time tonight – and The Mirror report that Hornets fans have something planned for him.
Silva was appointed Watford boss in the summer of 2017 having shown promise as Hull City boss, and quickly turned Watford into a very dangerous Premier League outfit.
However, Everton came calling for him after sacking Ronald Koeman last October, and whilst Watford stood firm, it all ended sourly come January; Silva was sacked by the Hornets after a poor run of form.
They blamed that poor form on Silva having his head turned by Everton and, sure enough, the Toffees did finally appoint the Portuguese boss as their new manager when they sacked Sam Allardyce at the end of last season.
Relations between the two clubs have been frayed for more than a year now, and whilst it didn’t stop forward Richarlison swapping Watford for Everton this past summer, it’s clear that Hornets fans aren’t ready to forgive and forget just yet.

The Mirror report that, with Everton hosting Watford in the Premier League tonight, travelling Watford fans are taking a load of rubber snakes to Goodison Park with them in order to taunt manager Silva.
Clearly feeling that he was a snake in engineering his exit from Vicarage Road, Watford fans are ready to torment their former manager tonight, and will hope that it in some way unsettles him and his team.
