Leeds United co-owner Andrea Radrizzani reportedly has a five-year plan in place designed to take the Whites to the Premier League.
A report in the Daily Mail has suggested that Andrea Radrizzani plans to tie a number of Leeds employees down to long-term contracts once he takes full ownership of the club, as part of a five-year plan designed to take the Whites back into the Premier League.
Radrizzani is currently working on buying Massimo Cellino’s stake in the Championship side and is hoping to complete a deal within the next fortnight, according to the Mail.
And in what appears set to be in stark contrast to what has gone on since Cellino arrived in Yorkshire back in 2014, Radrizzani appears determined to instil plenty of stability behind the scenes at Elland Road by ensuring that a number of the staff have substantial contracts in place, the Mail adds.
Upon hearing the news, Leeds fans will surely be hoping that the Italian takes a similar stance regarding the future of current head coach Garry Monk.

The Mail reports that Monk’s deal with the Whites expires at the end of the season, and plans are in place to discuss his future soon after the deal with Cellino is completed.
Based on the impact that Monk has made since arriving last summer, most Leeds fans will surely be hoping that Radrizzani decides that he has as much of a role to play in the Peacocks’ long-term future as any of the other employees he plans to hand long-term deals to, should the takeover go through as planned.
