Wolverhampton Wanderers will be playing Premier League football next season.
Wolves have announced that they will be increasing the price of season tickets by up to 30 per cent, following their promotion to the Premier League, according to the Express & Star.
The Black Country outfit have been quite simply sensational this season, and they need just one more point to secure the Championship title, in what has been a dramatic turnaround from last term.
Nuno Espirito Santo deserves great credit for the job that he has done since taking over at Molineux in the summer of 2017, not only for guiding his side to promotion, but also for the excellent brand of football that he has implemented at Wolves.
The vast improvements that the club have made have come at a price, however.
According to the Express & Star, Wolves have decided to increase the price of season tickets by up to 30 per cent as they prepare for life in the Premier League.
Whilst the decision will surely be an unpopular one amongst Wolves fans, had they been offered promotion and a hike in season ticket prices at the start of the season, they probably would have taken it.
