Lille have offered Mike Maignan, Victor Osimhen and Boubakary Soumare to Tottenham Hotspur after talks between Jose Mourinho and sporting director Luis Campos, according to SoccerLink.
By now, Campos will be a familiar name in North London, and not only because one of the kings of the transfer market was interested in linking up with Mourinho when he took over at Spurs in November (Daily Record).
After weeks of speculation, the former Monaco talentspotter opted to stay with Lille rather than join Joao Sacramento and Nuno Santos on the Portuguese’s staff at the Premier League giants.
But that does not mean Campos won’t play a big part in Tottenham’s summer recruitment drive.
Lille will cash in on a star player or three as they look to raise funds during a period of unprecedented financial uncertainty. And, according to reports in France, Campos has been on the phone to his old mate Mourinho to discuss the possibility of selling three of Europe’s most coveted players to Tottenham.
Goalkeeper Maignan is arguably the best in Ligue 1 these days, and the £18 million shot-stopper’s eye-catching displays have raised suggestions that he could replace the ageing Hugo Lloris not only at Tottenham but for the French national team too.

Soumare, like Maignan, continues to show former club PSG what they are missing with his exceptional performances for Les Dogues. The so-called ‘new Paul Pogba’ could be the all-action ‘number six’ that Mourinho is crying out for.
And then there is Osimhen; the £70 million-rated number nine who has shot to fame with 18 goals during his debut season in Ligue 1. With Tottenham desperate to ease the burden on star striker Harry Kane, the chance to land the Nigerian number nine will surely be too good to turn down.
