According to Media Foot, Luis Campos wants to accept a bid from Leeds for Everton target Arnaud Kalimuendo.
What’s the story?
Well, it was said that Leeds submitted a £20m bid to sign the Frenchman from Paris Saint-Germain, and as far as we know, Jesse Marsch is yet to receive a response.
However, we now have some insight into what PSG plan to do.
Media Foot believe Campos – Director of Football at PSG – is happy to sell Kalimuendo, as he believes a sum of more than €20m represents a nice deal for the Ligue 1 champions.
In euros, the £20m offer from Leeds is worth €24m.
However, there could be something of a civil war brewing at the Parc des Princes.
Media Foot believe Christophe Galtier does not agree with Campos, and feels Kalimuendo would be a great deputy for the frontline of Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi.
Everton are also said to have been in touch with PSG over a deal for the 20-year-old.

Media Foot add that Newcastle are also keen, but Galtier’s decision has made them turn their attention to Monaco forward Sofiane Diop.
Interest in Kalimuendo – who has been described as a “complete player” – comes after he scored 13 goals in 38 appearances on loan at RC Lens last season.
Leeds & Everton may have to look elsewhere
In our view, Leeds and Everton may have to copy Newcastle and focus on other targets.
We believe £20m is a very respectable offer for Kalimuendo – Campos seems to agree – and it could well prove to be successful if PSG manage to find another forward in the market.

However, Galtier seems more than happy with the France Under-21 international’s efforts in pre-season, where he has impressed in attack next to Neymar, Mbappe and Messi.
Therefore, Marsch and Frank Lampard risk wasting their own time if they continue to make attempts to sign Kalimuendo.
Hopefully, the pair can find alternatives to the PSG No.29 this summer.
