Yesterday saw Diafra Sakho’s club record transfer to West Brom from West Ham fall through – after the Midlands club claimed he had failed a medical with them.
It left Slaven Bilic perplexed and Sakho’s future at West Ham in limbo after collapse of a deal said to be worth around £16 million by the Birmingham Mail.

It is now being reported that Sakho, who has made it clear he intends to leave West Ham this summer, has not returned to the Hammers after the collapse of the deal.
The Daily Mail is reporting that the Senegalese striker has in fact returned to the South of France to stay fit – rather than get to training with the Hammers.

Sakho’s summer has been fraught with controversy, ever since he reportedly refused to fly to Austria with the rest of the team for a pre-season tour – as reported by Sky Sports.
Now it seems Sakho is in serious trouble of not finding a club to play for next season. His future at West Ham appears up and he is seemingly not heading to West Brom.
He will have to hope for a new bidder, and fast.
