In our opinion, Liverpool should seriously consider making a bid for West Ham United defensive midfielder Declan Rice next summer and snap him before Chelsea.

Rice plays consistently well for the Hammers, and he is at the right age to take the next step in his career and move to a bigger club such as Liverpool.
Liverpool do need to refresh their midfield and add more younger and more dynamic players to their team.
