The Rams keeper looks set to be joined by two other new faces at the Bet365 Stadium.
Lee Grant
Derby County goalkeeper Lee Grant is undergoing a medical at Stoke City, according to Sky Sports.
The 33-year-old lost his place to Scott Carson at the beginning of last season and had been linked with moves to Leeds United and Sheffield United this summer.
However, Grant looks set to become a surprise capture for Premier League side Stoke City instead.
Stoke are in line for a particularly busy deadline day, with Porto’s Bruno Martins Indi and Manchester City’s Wilfried Bony also sighted in the Potteries this morning.

Grant is not the only Derby player being put through his paces, with midfielder Jeff Hendrick currently undergoing similar tests at Burnley.

The Rams have signed just two new players this summer and the sales of Grant and Hendrick should free up funds for a late arrival or two.
Chesterfield and Crystal Palace wingers Gboly Ariyibi and Sullay Kaikai are the latest to be linked with moves to the iPro Stadium.

It is unclear what Grant’s arrival will mean for Stoke keepers Shay Given, Jakob Haugaard and Daniel Bachmann.
