Brighton and Hove Albion-owned Wigan Athletic goalkeeper Christian Walton is reportedly on the radar of Derby County and Stoke City.

It has been reported that Walton – who is in his second loan spell at Wigan in the Championship from Premier League club Brighton – is rated at £4 million.
Stoke are reported to be checking the 23-year-old goalkeeper as a potential replacement for Jack Butland.
The Sun on Sunday (print edition, page 61, April 7, 2019) has also claimed that Walton will hold talks with Brighton regarding his future in the summer transfer window.

Good signing for Derby County or Stoke City?
Walton is a very good and promising young goalkeeper who has progressed well at Wigan since the start of last season.
The former England Under-21 international has proved himself in the Championship, and he will be a smart acquisition for the Rams or the Potters for £4m.
