Good signing for Derby County or Stoke City?

Walton is a very good and promising young goalkeeper who has progressed well at Wigan since the start of last season.

The former England Under-21 international has proved himself in the Championship, and he will be a smart acquisition for the Rams or the Potters for £4m.
