The Leicester City winger is still on Tottenham Hotspur’s wish list according to reports.

According to the Sun, Tottenham Hotspur remain interested in signing Leicester City winger Demarai Gray when the transfer window reopens, with Mauricio Pochettino and Daniel Levy set for talks regarding January signings.
The Tottenham manager and their chairman will allegedly sit down with the club’s chief scout Steve Hitchen as they prepare for a potentially busy month at the turn of the year.

Tottenham have long been linked with a new out-and-out winger and Gray is just one of a number of exciting options to have been linked with a switch to North London.
With a contract until the summer of 2020 the Leicester wide man will not come cheap, if at all, but a lack of regular starts at the King Power Stadium, allied with the regular managerial changes in recent times, could see him on the look-out for something new.

Tottenham are an enticing prospect for any young player looking to take the next step in their career and, if he arrived and played to his full potential, Gray could be an instant hit in North London.
Tottenham did some impressive business in the summer, most notably the club-record signing of Davinson Sanchez. However there are still areas of their squad that need work and it will be interesting to see which winger they ultimately sign, either later this season or in preparation for the next.
