Liverpool’s Dejan Lovren could be on the move this summer.

According to The Mirror, Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren is wanted by three Italian clubs this summer – AC Milan, Napoli and Roma.
Lovren, 29, has racked up more than 150 appearances for the Reds since Brendan Rodgers signed him from Southampton in 2014, though it’s fair to say that his time at Anfield has been a little mixed.
There have been struggles and redemptions, and plenty of bravado from the Croatian, who helped his country reach the World Cup final last summer in a superb tournament.
Sadly, injuries have hurt Lovren this season, and he has now played just nine Premier League games this season, the last of which came against Wolves in January.
Lovren has just returned with Croatia during the international break, but he may return to Anfield as third or even fourth choice centre back, and questions now hang over his future.
The Mirror note that three clubs are interested in signing Lovren, with AC Milan, Napoli and Roma all looking to take him to Italy at the end of the season.

Lovren still has a couple of years left on his deal as well as a one-year option which can be activated in 2021, meaning Liverpool would face a major decision if there are bids this summer.
Liverpool fans wouldn’t be too sad to see Lovren move on this summer, but unless there’s a clear, reliable replacement to come in, letting him go may be a big mistake.
