Rio Ave defender Roderick Miranda is on his way to Wolverhampton Wanderers, A Bola reports.
Wolves are said to have made an “irrefutable” €3 million [£2.6 million] offer for Miranda, who was first linked with a move to Molineux in February [O Jogo].
The Championship side are in the market for new centre-backs, after they released Mike Williamson and allowed Richard Stearman to return to his parent club, Fulham.

Capturing Miranda, who has played 79 times in Portugal’s top flight, could help to fill that particular void.
And the 26-year-old may not be the only Portuguese arrival at Wolves this week, with Nuno Espirito Santo, the former FC Porto boss, expected to succeed Paul Lambert after the Scot’s departure was confirmed on Tuesday.

Formerly on Benfica’s books, Miranda would link up with a trio of ex-Eagles stars, Helder Costa, Ivan Cavaleiro and Silvio at Molineux.
The Mirror reports that Miranda, like Nuno, is a client of agent and Wolves adviser Jorge Mendes.
