Aston Villa boss Dean Smith’s side have Leeds United’s Kalvin Phillip and Bournemouth’s Tyrone Mings among the players on their wishlist.

Villa have already brought in Kortney Hause, Wesley Moraes and Anwar El Ghazi this summer, but Smith is eager for more new signings.
Villa are now set to make moves for Leeds United’s Kalvin Phillips, Bournemouth’s Tyrone Mings and Brentford’s Saed Benrahma – who could all be costly additions.
Smith wants the trio all in his squad by the time Villa start pre-season training at the start of next month.
Claret and blues fans know all about Mings, as he was at Villa on loan last season and was hugely impressive.

Mings stepped into Villa’s defence and was rock solid, as Smith’s side earned promotion.
Phillips and Benrahma could be equally as exciting additions as Mings for Villa though.
Phillips would add power and presence to Smith’s side’s midfield, while Benrahma would bring excitement to Villa’s attack.
