Fletcher was reportedly on a £52k-per-week deal (Daily Star) at the Hawthorns. Pulis reportedly didn’t want to lose Fletcher, but it seems the club’s Chinese owners weren’t too keen to hand the 33-year-old midfielder a new deal.
According to reports from Stoke Sentinel, Fletcher is poised to link up with Mark Hughes and will sign a two-year deal at the Britannia Stadium. He will arrive on a free transfer, and the Potters will announce the signing very soon.
