Both Chelsea and Manchester United are interested in signing the England international and it is understood the defender would be open to a move away from North London.

If the full-back were to leave then Spurs would want to at least make as much as the £50m plus £4m in add-ons they received from Manchester City for Kyle Walker earlier this summer, with the Englishman only signing a new five-year contract at the club in September last year.
Rose is currently sidelined with a knee injury and has not played for Mauricio Pochettino’s men since January and is not expected to return to training until a few weeks time.
