Rodrigues has long been linked with a move to the Premier League, including clubs such as Newcastle and Everton.

Italian outlet CalcioMercato claim Crystal Palace are the latest Premier League club interested in luring Galatasaray attacker Garry Rodrigues to these shores.
The 27-year-old has been repeatedly linked with moves to England, with Turkish Football reporting only in August that Newcastle United are still interested and have been scouting the £13million-rated star.
The 26-time Cap Verde international has long been linked with Newcastle, as well as Everton in the past couple of years, since completing his move to Gala from Greek side PAOK Salonika in January 2017.
He has been in decent form this season, scoring three goals from out wide in 14 appearances – only six of which he has completed a full 90 minutes. One of this three goals has come in the Champions League, though, against Lokomotiv Moscow.
Palace are in desperate need of additions if they are to stave off the threat of relegation from the Premier League this season, with Roy Hodgson in need of some renewed optimism at Selhurst Park.

The Eagles sit well down the league in 16th place and have managed just eight Premier League goals in 12 games. A new, exciting, unpredictable asset in attack would surely go down well with Palace fans.
Step forward Rodrigues, who is known for his speed, close dribbling and excellent skill, as well as his eye for goal. He has the ability to excite – something that Palace are desperately in need of.
