M’Vila is already close friends with one Crystal Palace player.

Crystal Palace are ‘very interested’ in Saint-Etienne midfielder Yann M’Vila, according to France Football.
M’Vila only signed for Les Verts from Rubin Kazan in January, and has played 14 times for his new employers, who are a good bet for Europa League qualification this season.

But the Frenchman – whose contract runs until the end of next season – has already hinted at a summer move, saying he would be open to a return to England, where he spent a season on loan at Sunderland.
And given his close friendship with Mamadou Sakho – his teammate at various international age levels – a move to Crystal Palace would likely appeal to M’Vila.
Central midfield is certainly an area in which Palace could do business this summer, with Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Erdal Rakip due back at Chelsea and Benfica respectively, and the contracts of James McArthur and another Frenchman, Yohan Cabaye yet to be renewed.
Would M’Vila be a good addition for Crystal Palace?
