Could the former Cardiff City goalkeeper head to Crystal Palace this summer?

Crystal Palace are understood to be one of two Premier League sides to have made checks on goalkeeper Luke O’Reilly, the Mail reports.
O’Reilly, who was released by Cardiff City at the end of the campaign, was a surprise face at England’s training sessions this week.
It is claimed the 20-year-old was invited by goalkeeping coach Martyn Margetson to spend a day with the Three Lions, having worked with the Welshman at the Cardiff City Stadium.

However, that was soon extended to last the whole week, with O’Reilly seemingly impressing at St George’s Park.
Margetson was added to England’s coaching staff by recently departed Crystal Palace manager Sam Allardyce, and it is unclear if that’s where the O’Reilly link to Selhurst Park comes from.

Palace could find themselves with a shortage of goalkeepers this summer, with Steve Mandanda said to be attracting interest from France, while Wayne Hennessey and Julian Speroni are both out of contract.
