Crystal Palace appear to have won the race for the Manchester United defender’s signature.
Crystal Palace look set to seal the loan signing of Timothy Fosu-Mensah from Manchester United.
The Sun reports that Fosu-Mensah will undergo a medical with the Eagles on Monday, despite alleged interest from Watford last week.

The versatile Dutchman, who can play right- or centre-back as well as in midfield, is known to Palace boss Frank de Boer from their time at Ajax together.
Despite appearing to be highly rated by United, who handed tied him down until 2021 just last season, it is claimed that Fosu-Mensah cannot be guaranteed regular football if he remains at Old Trafford.
A season on loan to Crystal Palace could, however, set him up nicely to compete for a place in the Red Devils’ side next term.
According to The Sun, Palace’s Fosu-Mensah capture is likely to spell the end of their pursuit of Arsenal and England defender Calum Chambers, for whom they are said to have agreed a £20 million deal last week.
