United, who already have the likes of Rojo and Blind in their ranks, are ready to sell Smalling in the summer.
The 27-year-old defender, who made 31 appearances for the England national team, is deemed surplus to requirements at the club. Jose Mourinho has decided that he is not good enough, and will sell him to the highest bidder.
The report claims three clubs are interested in him – Crystal Palace, West Ham, and Everton.
