Crystal Palace are reportedly closing in on signing the Real Betis midfielder.

According to a report from Spanish media outlet Estadio Deportivo, Victor Camarasa has been given permission by Real Betis to speak to Crystal Palace about a possible move to Selhurst Park.
The 25-year-old spent last season on loan with Cardiff City, and he impressed for the Bluebirds, racking up five goals and four assists in 32 Premier League appearances.
Camarasa is a strong, technically gifted midfielder, and he really would be an excellent addition for the Eagles.
Spanish publication Estadio Deportivo claims that the Spaniard is now free to discuss personal terms with Crystal Palace.
Camarasa is set to join the south London outfit on an initial loan deal for the season, and Palace will have the option to buy the Betis ace for €13.5 million (£12.4 million) next summer.

And that reported fee would represent excellent value for money for Palace.
With the clock ticking, however, the Eagles will need to wrap up proceedings sooner rather than later, if they are to sign the Betis ace before tomorrow’s 5pm deadline.
