According to Calciomercato, Crystal Palace have entered the race to sign West Brom forward Matheus Pereira.
The 25-year-old is also wanted by West Ham and Leeds, according to the Express.
It’s no surprise to see so much interest in the Brazilian.
Pereira made the Championship look easy with eight goals and 20 assists to his name, before West Brom made his loan into a £9 million permanent deal.
This season, the South American has also made things look simple in the Premier League at times.
West Brom’s No.12 has bagged 11 goals in all competitions, while also recording five assists.

If Crystal Palace managed to get their hands on him, it would be one of the signings of the summer, in our view.
However, Calciomercato provide a worrying piece of additional information.
The Italian news outlet state that Roy Hodgson’s Eagles will probably sell either Ebere Eze or Wilfried Zaha this summer.
Zaha’s name being mentioned comes as no surprise, as it’s hardly a secret he wants to leave Selhurst Park.

However, Eze only just arrived in SE25 back in August, so it would be heartbreaking to see him leave after he captivated the Crystal Palace fans.
Signing Pereira would soften the blow somewhat.
However, if you were to give the Selhurst Park faithful a choice of signing the Brazilian or keeping Eze, most would certainly choose the latter.
Keep an eye on Pereira’s future, as he’s far, far too good to be playing in the Championship.
