Crystal Palace and Burnley could reportedly move for Cardiff City’s Josh Murphy this summer.

Crystal Palace and Burnley are ready to pounce with moves for Josh Murphy if Cardiff are relegated from the Premier League this season, according to a report from The Sun.
Neil Warnock’s men face an uphill battle trying to keep themselves from making an immediate return to the Championship. The Bluebirds are four points off safety with two games remaining.
One of their opponents are the Eagles. And defeat to Roy Hodgson’s side would confirm their relegation – and may perhaps prove to be the catalyst for a potential summer bid from Palace.
The Sun reports that both Palace and the Clarets could make a move for Murphy, who has scored three goals and contributed one assist in the top flight following his £11 million move to the Cardiff City Stadium.

The report adds that Cardiff could get their money back for Murphy. Despite his modest return of goals and assists this season, he has been one of the club’s more exciting players throughout the campaign, and it would be a huge boost if they could keep him, particularly if they do go down.
But it appears that he could end up with plenty of offers to pick from if Warnock’s men are relegated with two top flight rivals already weighing up potential summer approaches for the 24-year-old.
