The Bournemouth striker is reported to have a sell-on clause as part of the deal which took him from the Sky Blues to the Cherries.

If recent media speculation is anything to go by, then Callum Wilson and Bournemouth both look set for a big payday this month.
Let’s start with the Sky Sports News report suggesting that the Bournemouth striker is being sought after by fellow Premier League side Chelsea, with a figure of £50million being bandied about.
The Daily Mail, meanwhile, thinks West Ham United could be keen on Wilson, with £35million being the starting price, while Bleacher Report goes as far as saying that the Cherries want £70million for the striker.
In League One, meanwhile, fans of one club are following proceedings very intently, because the 26-year-old is reported to have a sizeable sell-on clause as part of the deal which saw him change clubs back in 2014.
According to the Coventry Telegraph, Coventry City sold Wilson to Bournemouth for around £3million with a sell-on clause believed to be between 10-15 per cent.

Some quick maths shows that the Sky Blues could potentially – if all the reported figures are valid, of course – earn between £3.5million (10 per cent of £35million) and £10.5million (15 per cent of £70million).
The Coventry-born striker came through the club’s youth system and made 55 appearances for the Sky Blues before moving to the south coast in 2014.
