Arsenal will not send Gabriel Martinelli out on loan or sell him in the January transfer window, according to Football.London.
It has been reported that there is interest in the Arsenal forward from other clubs.
However, the Gunners have decided that the 20-year-old Brazilian will not leave.
Martinelli’s father and agent Joao Martinelli recently told Esportes in Brazil that “there have been proposals from Europe”.
What now for Gabriel Martinelli?
Martinelli suffered a serious injury last June.
The forward returned to action for Arsenal in December, but he has struggled for regular playing time since.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta does not tend to use the youngster too much at the moment.
It must be frustrating for Martinelli.

After all, the 20-year-old will surely want to play more.
It is only by playing regular first-team football that Martinelli will get better and improve.
The Brazilian forward, who cost Arsenal £6 million in 2019 (Goal), has made two starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League so far this season.
Martinelli has also made two starts and one substitute appearance in the Carabao Cup this campaign.
Arsenal central defender Ben White said on the Gunners Twitch channel last month that Martinelli is “silky” and is the most skillful player at the club.
