Tammy Abraham has apparently not impressed Chelsea’s board amid suggestions that West Ham United want to sign him.
90 Minutes claim that Abraham’s wage demands meant that he wanted £150,000-a-week to sign a new deal at Stamford Bridge.
The Chelsea board are said to be thoroughly unimpressed by those requests, which has led to his exit appearing likely this summer, with West Ham among the interested parties.
Unfortunately for Abraham the report does infer that West Ham will not be able to afford that level of salary either.
It means that Abraham may have to accept a deal on reduced terms from what he was asking for if he is to move to the London Stadium.
West Ham move still appealing?
That could still be a smart option for Abraham though, who must be desperate for first-team football now, especially as the update claims that the striker has now been told he can leave.
Abraham has been shut out by Thomas Tuchel and while the German remains in charge at Chelsea it seems unlikely that the powerful forward has a future.

At West Ham there would be a ready made space available for him.
The Hammers have a dearth of striking options behind Michail Antonio, and none of their current players are as natural a goalscorer as Abraham.
The 23-year-old actually remains Chelsea’s joint top scorer this campaign, despite limited game time.
With David Moyes’ side in Europe next term, Abraham could be joining West Ham at an exciting time.
And the option of moving to the London Stadium must surely still appeal to the striker, even if he won’t be earning £150,000-a-week with the Hammers.
