PSG have reportedly offered Kylian Mbappe a new contract with an incredible €100m (£83m) amid interest from summer interest from Liverpool and Real Madrid.
According to Le Parisien, the Ligue 1 giants are more determined than ever to renew the 23-year-old’s contract, with PSG handing Mbappe a deal until 2024 and a loyalty bonus of £83m upon signing with the club.
As per the report, PSG are eager to keep Mbappe ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, with the club’s Qatari owners hopeful that the French international can once again shine in football’s biggest tournament.
However, despite the massive signing-on fee, Mbappe is not certain to stay with PSG, with the report stating that Madrid’s interest is still high in the forward, with Liverpool also reportedly keen on the PSG superstar.
According to Sport, the Reds are interested in Mbappe, and with the futures of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane up in the air, the PSG attacker could be an option for Liverpool should PSG and Madrid fail to sign on the forward.
Indeed, it would be an ambitious move, yet with PSG throwing everything they can to sign Mbappe down to a new contract, Liverpool could be blown out of the water for the French attacker ahead of this summer.
Mbappe looks more likely than ever to stay with PSG after new contract

After an iconic performance against Madrid in the UEFA Champions League last month, PSG’s efforts to keep Mbappe at the club, and this latest attempt could be the one that tips the striker over the edge to remain in France.
With the Independent reporting that PSG are willing to pay Mbappe £1m-a-week, the likes of Liverpool and Madrid simply don’t stand a chance at offering what the French club can muster, meaning a surprise U-turn is on the cards for the striker.
