Tottenham Hotspur are set to hold a meeting with Arkadiusz Milik today, Calcio Mercato report.

Tottenham have been heavily linked with the Napoli striker throughout the summer, and are now looking to close on a deal.

Spurs are apparently about to meet with the Polish international’s representatives in London, with Napoli keen to come to a solution over their striker’s future.

The Italian club have seen Milik linked away all summer, and now are reportedly willing to cash in on the forward.

Tottenham see Milik as a strong option to come in and provide back-up to Harry Kane.

Jose Mourinho has made no secret of his desire to bring in a forward, and Milik looks to be one of his side’s better options.

The 26-year-old, who was hailed as ‘excellent’ by Polish legend Zbigniew Boniek (TMW), netted 11 league goals last season and if he could contribute with a similar return at Spurs then he would be a great addition.

In terms of a price Tottenham would have to pay, Milik is said to be valued at half-the price of Andrea Belotti – who has also been linked with a move to Tottenham – and available for £18 million, which CalcioMercato describe as a ‘bargain’.
